Earthitects is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual to
join our team as a 3D Visualizer. Reporting to the Associate Architect, you will cater to
all the visualization needs of the department, including 3D views, perspectives,
marketing content, and walk-throughs with creativity and expert-level proficiency in 3D
modelling and post-production software.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Photo-realistic Rendering: Coordinate with Architects to take forward
AutoCAD drawings and render photo-realistic 3D views of upcoming projects for
client presentations, brochures and other online and offline creatives. You will
also be responsible for rendering both external and internal views ensuring the
design is reflected accurately.
Walkthrough: Be innovative and create walkthroughs in 3Ds-Max and Adobe
After Effects for ongoing projects for clients and for marketing.
Concept 3D: Collaborate with Architects and generate conceptual 3D views to
visualize a space or architectural elements and assist in refining design ideas.
Marketing and Media: Arrive at the broad vision for the visual content strategy.
Coordinate with the Marketing department and be actively involved in producing
visual content for marketing purposes.
Brochure: Coordinate with the team, collect and produce visual data and
content for the brochures. Finalize the theme, color palette, and organize
the content for printing.
Website: Coordinate with the Marketing team in editing and maintaining
websites for the ongoing projects.
Manage the digital asset library for all 3D content and maintain an organized
archive of project files.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the
quality and impact of visualization work.
Manage multiple projects in coordination with architects and collaborate with
various teams to produce good quality and detail-oriented work.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a 3D visualization role, preferably with a design or
professional services firm. Experience in the A/E/C, real estate or property
industry is a plus; experience in an architecture or design firm is especially
valuable.
Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Architecture,
Interior Design or any related field.
Proficiency in 3Ds-Max, Blender, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant 3D modelling and post-
production software.
Good written and verbal communication skills and an ability to translate ideas
into visually compelling 3D content.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
Experience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projects with
minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to coordinate and manage multiple
projects and deadlines.
Ability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus.
A basic knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
