JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Marketing Intern at Earthitects, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to Research and implement marketing strategies. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and market research.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

 Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for our blog, social media platforms, and website and gain hands-on practical experience in a professional marketing environment.


 Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics which will help you develop valuable skills.


 Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, this will provide you with knowledge and exposure for your future endeavours.


 Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online ads, and promotional events.


 Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights. This shall enhance your resume with real-world marketing experience.


 Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.


 Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced marketing professionals.


 Potential for Future Opportunities: High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time positions.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

 Education: Currently pursuing a degree or course in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

 Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.


 Experience: Previous internship or project experience in marketing is a plus but not required.
